Dr. G leads CDHE's Office of Educational Equity, Workforce and Social Mobility. She is a Caribbean immigrant and first-generation college graduate whose career spans corporate learning and development, community college leadership, and state policy. She brings authenticity, lived experience and expertise to every conversation.
