Celebration of Educational Excellence
The Colorado Department of Higher Education and the Colorado Department of Human Services are partnering with organizations and community partners to recognize young people involved in foster care or youth services who have graduated from high school, received a GED, or obtained a college degree this year. The Celebration of Educational Excellence (CEEX) was created 27 years ago in response to the poor educational outcomes of current and former foster youth. The Celebration has grown and expanded throughout its history, has integrated a resource fair, and emphasizes youth voice and input. Graduates in attendance will be recognized, receive graduate gifts, and will have the opportunity to attend the resource fair to connect with organizations and community partners to support future successes.

Once registered, the license plate will be used to grant access and validate parking at the event location. There is no need to print anything or display a permit on the dashboard, guests do not need to interact with the pay stations or the ParkMobile mobile payment application.
