Transcript Requests

We are a state agency and the official custodian of records.  If you have any questions, please email DPOS@dhe.state.co.us

DPOS retrieves student transcripts when a Board-approved private occupational school ceases operations in Colorado. To request a transcript or an education verification, please complete and submit this Online Student Record Request form to DPOS. The DPOS transcript request or education verification fee is $20.00 (non-refundable)

Requests for Transcripts for Schools not listed on the DPOS request form:

DPOS is in the process of transferring the majority of closed school transcripts to a third-party servicer - Verif-y. Please use the Verif-y link to request transcripts or education verifications for the schools noted below. Some schools transferred student records to different third-party servicers or other schools at the time of closure so please use the link specified below to request transcripts.
